Cancer Transitions – Moving Beyond Treatment

Gilda’s Club Madison will be offering a 4-week Cancer Transitions program that explores life after cancer treatment. Participants need to be 2 weeks to 2 years past treatment. It is offered to anyone in Wisconsin, at no cost, and regardless of cancer type.
It will meet Thursdays for 4 Weeks on June 22, 29, July 6, 13 @ 4:30-6 pm via Zoom
Session 1: Get Back to Wellness: Take Control of Your Survivorship
Session 2: Emotional Health
Session 3: Eating Well and Staying Active
Session 4: Medical Management Beyond Cancer: What You Need to Know
