Regardless if you have been recently diagnosed with cancer or have been in remission for years, we invite you to a free educational evening focused on questions and issues that survivors and their families often face during and after cancer treatment.

Cami is a professional Health and Wellness Coach, speaker, and author of an Amazon Best-Seller book, Mindful Pause: A Self-Care Guide to Resilience and Well-Being. Her work draws from advanced degrees in both Physical Education and Holistic Health Studies.

Kathleen Findlay, MD, MPH
Dr. Findlay is the medical director of the Lifestyle Medicine program at Western Wisconsin Health in Baldwin,
Wisconsin.
